Hi, I’m April Kilfoyle—REALTOR®, lifelong Milton local, and a dedicated advocate for families navigating life’s big transitions.
Before real estate, I spent 20 years in the finance and not-for-profit sectors building a career grounded in trust, care, and exceptional client service. Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2018, those values have guided my work every day.
My family has called Milton home since 1957, and I’m proud to live and work in the community that raised me. That deep local connection gives me insight into the neighbourhoods, schools, and lifestyle that make this town so special.
I focus on helping families find the right fit, with a particular passion for multigenerational living. To better support clients at every stage, I am a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), and I'm currently working toward my Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS®) designation.
